Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 business days.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the type of products in your order.
Coffee delivery
Standard delivery on coffee orders is £5.95.
Coffee orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery.
Equipment and larger products
Standard delivery on equipment and larger products is £7.14.
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods, bank holidays or due to courier delays outside of our control.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.
Due to the nature of coffee as a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns on opened coffee products unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For equipment and non-consumable products, items should be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us with your order number and photos where possible. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable replacement, refund or return where appropriate.
