Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Brew2Cup and your purchase of goods from our website. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

“Brew2Cup”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Brew2Cup.

“You” or “your” means the customer placing an order through our website.

“Goods” means the products available to purchase from our website, including coffee, coffee equipment, accessories and related products.

“Order” means an order placed by you through our website.

“Working Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.

2. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the goods in your basket, subject to these Terms.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we confirm that the goods have been dispatched. At that point, a contract is formed between you and us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or product information, if payment cannot be authorised or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we may offer a suitable alternative. You are not obliged to accept the alternative and, if you choose not to, we will issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display products accurately, packaging, appearance, colours and specifications may vary slightly.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Any delivery charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays or due to courier delays outside of our control.

Standard delivery on coffee orders is £5.95.

Coffee orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery.

Standard delivery on equipment and larger products is £7.14.

Additional delivery surcharges may apply to certain postcode areas. Where applicable, these charges will be made clear before your order is completed.

We no longer ship to Northern Ireland.

Delivery is deemed to have taken place once the goods have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery where incorrect or incomplete delivery information has been supplied.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Due to the nature of coffee as a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns on opened coffee products unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

For equipment, accessories and other non-consumable products, items should be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

You have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving your goods. This right does not apply to opened consumable products or products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened.

Where a return is accepted, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that the goods have been returned.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos where possible.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or return.

If a product is found not to be faulty after inspection, we may return the item to you and you may be responsible for any additional delivery costs.

7. Product Warranties

Some equipment and larger products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, warranty details will be provided by the manufacturer or included with the product.

Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. If you need help with a warranty issue, please contact us and we will advise where possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include courier delays, extreme weather, supply chain disruption, industrial action, technical issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Errors and Omissions

We make every effort to ensure that prices, product descriptions and availability information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. We may cancel the order and issue a full refund where appropriate.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may use your information to process your order, arrange delivery, communicate with you about your purchase and provide customer support.

Where you have opted in to receive marketing communications, we may contact you with news, offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint about an order or the service you have received, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

We will aim to review and respond to complaints as quickly as possible.

13. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
