Partially oxidised and carefully crafted, oolong offers a flavour experience that shifts with every steep — from delicate floral and grassy notes in lightly oxidised styles to rich, toasted and honey-sweet characters in darker varieties.
Sourced from high-altitude gardens where the cooler temperatures slow growth and concentrate flavour, our oolong selection celebrates the skill and patience behind one of China's most prized tea traditions. Best enjoyed without milk, ideally brewed at 85–90°C and re-steeped two or three times to reveal the full depth of character in the leaf.
